Meet the Hairdresser: Paul & Mego Ayvazian

New Year‘s eve is just few days away, and you’re probably wondering where to get your hair done.

If you want a place away from Beirut and the  horrific traffic, I got the best place for you:

“Paul & Mego Ayvazian”  Hairstylist and Visagiste

A little bit of History:

Paul, the father, decided to hone his talent by acquiring academic skills from Academie Vidale Sasson and then open his first branch on Arax Street. Over the years, Paul Ayvazian established himself as one of the most professional Lebanese hair designers, noticeably when the Lebanese Hairstylists Syndicate chose him to represent Lebanon in Festival de Cannes. Paul brought home the first place award for best international hairstylist in 1986. Paul was recognized as a top-ranking hair designer in 1991, 1996 and 1999. In 2001, Paul won the Europe Hairstyling tournament that was held in Regency Palace Hotel – Beirut.

Witnessing his father’s success in hairstyling and wanting to carve a memorable career path of his own, Mego Ayvazian, Paul‘s elder son, graduated from Academie Dessange – Paris and soon started working closely with his father to acquire the finest professional experience in the hair industry. With Mego’s caliber and keen vision, the duo, father and son, opened their second branch in Jdeideh in 2005, providing a wide range of beauty consult with their client to learn about their preferences. This gives them the opportunity to offer professional advice about flattering styles and determine lifestyle needs. They also analyze the client’s hair and scalp condition and suggest appropriate treatments.

Mego himself worked hard to establish his career integrity and credibility. He became the trusted hair stylist for many famous Lebanese and Arab personalities. Soon, the hair styling path attracted his younger brother Razmig, who joined Ayzavian’s well established business and got the finest experience from his father and brother. Earlier his year, Paul and Mego opened their latest branch on Bliss Street, thereby reaching out to fulfill the beauty needs of Lebanese women in various areas of Lebanon.

If you are searching for an exquisite beauty experience, a self-reflecting hair makeover, a professional advice for hair treatment, or simply hair pampering on the go, visiting Paul & Mego Ayvazian of award-winning experience travelling all over Europe and bringing the latest looks for modern woman.
